Back in Miami...

And not enjoying the humidity, or the way things work here in Florida. But I'll deal with some of that later tonight on Air America Radio...

First, links to the interviews from last week in LA...

8-31 Thom Hartmann joined me to talk about his new book, "Threshold: The Crisis of Western Culture"

8-31 Thomas Frank of the Wall Street Journal on his op-ed piece "Health Care and the Democratic Soul"

9-1 Don Was and Jill Sobule joined me live in the studio for some talk and music. Check out Don's Wasmopolitan Cavalcade of Recorded Music and Jill's newest album "Califormia Years" at her website jillsobule.com

9-2 Howie Klein, former president of Reprise Records who now writes one of my must-read blogs, DownWithTyranny.com, joined me in the studio, and brought one of his bands Translator in for an acoustic performance too.

9-3 David Swanson joined me to talk about his new book "Daybreak: Undoing the Imperial Presidency and Forming a More Perfect Union"

9-4 I was joined by two members of NYCCAN.org who are calling for a new impartial investigation into what happened on 9-11. Hear the interview here.

9-4 The week ended with a visit from Amy Simon and Lisa Derrick. Amy is the writer/producer/performer of Cheerios in My Underwear; Lisa writes the La Figa blog at FireDogLake.
