My dad died when ...Hey now.That is very insightful. My dad died when I was young back in the 60's. I really wish I got to know him better. My Mom passed away in '01.<br />She had cancer for seven years that we know of. I think it was longer. Bad male doctors did not listen to her. I was very glad I got to spend a lot of time with her in those years. I was so lucky to get to really know her. We had the same teenage years but I was lucky enough to still have my Mom around(Shes 70 now), and have made up for all those selfish teenage years. I also turned 50 this year, it really is a good time for reflection.
